Return and Refund Policy
Once the product is delivered you should report within 72 hrs for any defects like fitting issue, damage etc. in order to be applicable for exchange
If we have sent you wrong phone model which you have not ordered for then you are eligible to get a replacement case or a complete refund including shipping charges.
Once order is placed it customer should report within 4 hours if the order requires to be cancelled. Order cannot be cancelled once dispatched
Returns will not be applicable if the product is disliked (not satisfied reason) by the customer, or if a wrong product was ordered. Exchange option is available on certain products for which details is mentioned below
There is no return applicable on any phone covers. We do not provide refund for delivered orders. Replacement will be provided for any defects.
We do not guarantee that your monitor’s display of color will be accurate. The brightness, contrast and resolution of your screen will make the color of the product look slightly different.
You may be asked to provide proof regarding defect of the phone case by sharing unboxing video right from opening a sealed package.
Refund will be initiated 72 hrs once shipment is received to us in perfect condition. Refund will be done via GPay, Paytm or UPI incase of COD order
- Return or Exchange is not available on Silicone case in the event of a little color differentiation.
Once the customer places the order we believe that the customer has went through our product descriptions with images along with our terms & conditions and exchange policies.
EXCHANGE OPTIONS
If the shipment is received at your end: in the first 48 hours of the receipt of the shipment you may log for an exchange, the product must be in a sell able condition with the original packaging. Mail us your order ID and your new preference. You will have to send the shipment back to us at your cost & courier company.
We do not provide a refund for any orders once it is shipped from our warehouse. However, you can exchange it within 72 hrs of the receipt of the shipment at your end with anything else available on our website, just follow the steps mentioned above.
PS: We will only dispatch your new order once we have received the original order at our warehouse and the extra delivery cost for the new shipment.
In the case of Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, reverse shipping charges and COD forward shipping charges will be applicable only if no product defects or fitting issues are found upon inspecting the received product. We will provide a full replacement for genuine issues faced by customers.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
