SHIPPING
How can check the status of my order?
Once you have placed your order, we will send you a confirmation email to track the status of your order.
Once your order is shipped we will send you another email to confirm you the expected delivery date as well as the link to track your order (when the delivery method allows it)
Can I change my order?
We can only change orders that have not been processed for shipping yet.
Once your order is under the status "preparing for shipping", "shipping" or "delivered", then we cannot accept any edits to your order.
To make changes to your order, please reach out to support through the helpdesk.
How can I track my package?
Once you have placed your order, we will send you a confirmation email to track the status of your order.
Once your order is shipped we will send you another email to confirm you the expected delivery date as well as the link to track your order (when the delivery method allows it).
What if I'm not home?
If you're not home, a new delivery will be performed the next day or the delivery partner will reach out to schedule a new delivery date.
You may also have to go to your local post office or Deliver partner central to collect your package in case it cannot be delivered to you.

What is payment method accepted?
We accepted all type of payment method such as UPI,wallet.direct debit or credit card and COD etc.Â
What if payment deducted from my account but order not created?
If payment deducted from your account but you didn't receive any Email or Message from our side about order, Please immediately mail us on support@smartclues.in  with your registered mail. We will try to solve your query asap.
When i get my refund?
We will refund your order money in the same account which would be used at order placed time.it will take usually 4-7 days for reflect in your account. Read our Refund Policy.

RETURNS
Do you accept returns?
You can exchange the product within the first 7 calendar days of the item's delivery if you have faced any of the following issues:
- Product is defective and/or damaged.
- Product is described incorrectly or does not correspond to the item shown on the Website and purchased by the Customer.
- Product should be in the same condition and original packaging as you received it, it must be unused and in perfect condition.
- Product must be accompanied by the invoice.
- Any Customized product cannot be exchanged or returned as it can't be a subject of resell any more.
- Return shipping charges are non-refundable.
- You will get the exchanged product within 7 (business vs. calendar) days.

Can I exchange an item?
We do accept exchanges and they follow the same conditions as returns.
In order to ask for an exchange, please mention that you would like your item to be exchanged with another item when preparing your return with our support.
Are returns free?
Returns within the India are free. You can refer to the delivery paper within your package to perform organize your return.
Returns from outside of the our delivery central zone are the responsibility of the buyer. If you get parcel through post office.in this condition you have to manage return.

How long does it take to process a return
Returns are confirmed within 3-4 days of receiving the package at our warehouse.
Once your return is accepted, the reimbursement, exchange or credit will be issued within 4-7 days of our services accepting your return.
